Take M-53 (N. Van Dyke Road) south into Bad Axe.  Turn west (right) at the corner of M-53 and Port Crescent Road.  Continue west on M-53 for 1.3 miles.  The health department is located on the west side of Bad Axe between the Huron Intermediate School District (Skill Center) and the Huron County Medical Care facility.  Turn right onto R. Dale Wertz Drive.  Parking is located behind the building.

South of Bad Axe
Take Bad Axe Road (S.
